Mail Art Gallery

A friend of mine made a gallery recently of all the mail art I had sent her over the years. Wow it looks like a shrine after I died or something. Wish I would have kept copies. Look at all that great tape in her window sill.

What a lucky friend and such a great idea! I've been trying to figure out a way to display mail art, and this is perfect!
My partner gave me Wide Open for my birthday (so I don't keep monopolizing my library's copy). I was reading the page in the journal about journaling in hotel rooms and then Regina Spector's Hotel Room began playing on Pandora :) I've been struggling to get back into my art groove and my very long list of things to try from your book has me so jazzed. Thank you!

Hey, girl! Look at all that great mail art! I love having it hanging in front of the window, too. Perfect view! I've been in love with clothes lines lately...not for clothes but for everything else. I'm wondering how many is too many to have all around your house. Hmm. Oh, and your stencil experiments on the right look exquisite! I'm sooooo wanting to see more!!!

Randi! I just bought your Wide Open and SO love it! I love the way your mind works. Totally outside the box and very inspiring to me and the group of artists I work with on Mondays. Think I'll need to be finding a close workshop to take with you! Love the music.

What a very cool gallery! You don't scan your cards before you send them? I always do, it feels easier to send if you do that... :-)

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now. Keep it up!
And according to this article, I totally agree with your opinion, but only this time! :)
